Editing Report Shipping Orders

Prerequisites

A report shipping order has been created automatically or manually.

Procedure

  1. In the Product Safety menu , choose Start of the navigation path Reports Next navigation step Edit Report Shipping Orders End of the navigation path .

The Edit Report Shipping Orders: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Enter your selection criteria. During the search, all entries are linked with AND.

    • If you want to look for all initial or package IDs for a particular time frame, then leave the entry in the field as 0 .

    • If necessary, extend the selection period using the fields Creat.Date from and Creat. date to . Today’s date is included automatically as standard.

    • Using the Report category field, you can control the view of the hit list (see also Hit List View Control ).

    • If necessary, restrict the status for which you want to select report shipping orders.

    • You can limit the search to a particular recipient.

In this case you can choose one of the following:

    • You can use user exits of the category SRS_QUERY in the Restricting Search Criteria group box to make further restrictions for the search. If required, you can define your own user exits of this category and store them in the IMG activity Manage User Exits.

    Note Note

You can use the user exit SRS_QUERY SRS_EXP (Shipping Order with Exposure Scenario) to search for final reports in shipping orders that contain the specified exposure scenario. This search function searches only shipping orders that contain final reports and in which the specifications are output as an exposure scenario and for a usage. You can only search for shipping orders with an exposure scenario if the scenario in the final report was output with a repeating group with instance control.

You can also use placeholders (for example, EXP*) to search for shipping orders with exposure scenarios. Note that the system then searches for shipping orders that contain all exposure scenarios that match the placeholders, for example, EXP1, EXP2, and EXP3.

    End of the note.

    Caution Caution

If you search for the specifications EXP1, EXP2, and EXP3, only shipping orders that output this combination of scenarios are taken into account. If an exposure scenario in a report consists of the specifications EXP1 and EXP2 and another of the specification EXP3, no shipping order is selected.

    End of the caution.
